Summary:
Full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) position supporting warehouse operations and office administration
Provide first-level support for client service tickets and requests
Ensure accurate order processing and inventory tracking
Collaborate with logistics, admin, and leadership teams
Ideal for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Key Responsibilities:Customer & Client Support
Manage incoming service tickets and provide timely responses
Track orders from initiation to delivery, including follow-ups and SLA resolution times
Process customer orders and special requests, check inventory, and maintain accurate order documentation
Maintain positive client relationships and follow up on inquiries and complaints
Administrative & Operational Support
Update and manage site access for logistics staff and vendors
Maintain and organize office supply and PPE inventory cabinets
Create and update multiple internal and external contact sheets weekly
Plan and support employee engagement, volunteer, and community events with the CSR team
Track and update staffing sheets and administrative records
Provide general administrative support to CSR Supervisors, Operations Managers, and other leadership
Procurement & Documentation
Create catalogs and purchase orders weekly
Approve purchases in the system upon arrival
Manage employee apparel sizing and inventory
Ensure accurate documentation for receiving, shipping, and invoicing activities
Required Skills & Experience:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year in a customer service-related role (warehouse/logistics experience)
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Google Workspace experience (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
Strong data entry and documentation skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, temperature-variable warehouse setting
