Summary:
  • Support mission-critical data center operations through precise rack installation
  • Work hands-on with server hardware, cabling, and infrastructure
  • Perform detailed, accuracy-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate material handling equipment to safely move and position racks
  • Collaborate with teams to meet tight deadlines and high-quality standards

Responsibilities:
  • Precisely place server racks using laser measuring tools with 100% accuracy
  • Install electronic components and structured cabling per diagrams and schematics
  • Secure rack hardware using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
  • Operate electric pallet jacks, straddle stackers, and rack movers
  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to identify hardware or cabling issues

Requirements:
  • Experience with server rack installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Familiarity with server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, VLANs, subnetting, routing)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces
  • Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, and accuracy with schematics

Work Environment:
  • Indoor, climate-controlled data center facility
Shifts Available:
  • Shift A: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
  • Shift B: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
  • Shift C: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
  • Shift D: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Thurs–Sun)
  • Shift E: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Thurs–Sun)
