We are actively hiring a Yard Driver Off Road (Non-CDL) to join our logistics operations team. This is a full-time, on-site position operating a yard truck (hostler) exclusively on company property. The Yard Driver Off Road (Non-CDL) plays a key role in moving trailers efficiently and safely around the yard and between dock doors to support overall warehouse flow. Job Duties
Operate a yard truck (hostler) to move trailers in and out of dock doors
Maintain an organized and safe yard layout
Seal trailers as required for outbound loads
Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance on yard truck equipment
Communicate with team members via radio or phone for movement coordination
Use RF systems to manage trailer inventory accurately
Keep the yard tractor and work areas clean and in compliance with safety protocols
Work closely with the warehouse team to improve efficiency
Perform other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
Valid driver’s license required
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with company standards
High school diploma or equivalent
2–4 years of yard truck or warehouse driving experience required
Good communication and organizational skills
Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
