Flexographic Press Assistant – Full-Time Printing Support
Join a growing production team as a Flexographic Press Helper and support the setup, operation, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses. This hands-on role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with an interest in printing, production, and teamwork. Job Duties
Assist with roller clean-up and press preparation
Mount plates and pull necessary tooling for print jobs
Support press operators with machine setup and tear-down
Monitor in-feed materials, ink levels, and waste rewind
Record time and production data for accurate job costing
Perform preventative maintenance based on the production schedule
Maintain clean, organized work area and equipment
Operate equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
Read and follow all procedures related to press operations
Contribute to team goals related to quality and productivity
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience in manufacturing or printing
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
Basic math and reading skills
Good color vision and ability to pass a color blindness test
Dexterity and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime
Ability to work well in a team environment
