Garage Floor Installation Associate

Job Description

Job Duties:
  • Load and unload garage floor installation equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Use hand tools and grinders to prepare concrete surfaces.
  • Apply floor coatings using squeegees, rollers, and smoothing tools.
  • Perform bending, squatting, and other physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Assist with installation of garage storage systems and cabinets.
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas during floor prep and coating.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment.
  • Other garage floor installation duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working on hands and knees, bending, and squatting.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred.
  • Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various conditions.
  • Basic understanding of measurements and surface preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • No experience necessary, construction, concrete experience is preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen.
  • Resume and interview required.

Job Details:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:00am - 5:00pm (Hours may vary depending on the project which could result in part-time hours.)
  • $18.00 per hour
  • Working at various job sites.
  • Attire: Long pants. Shirts will be provided.
