Industrial Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in a full-time, direct hire position. Perform general electrical and mechanical maintenance on machinery and production equipment
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
Install, maintain, and repair electrical controls, lighting systems, and wiring
Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical layouts
Weld using ARC, MIG, or TIG processes as needed
Operate a variety of lifts including forklifts, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts
Operate overhead cranes and material handling equipment
Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety protocols
Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks
Identify and fix safety hazards to ensure a secure work environment
Support other maintenance staff and respond to daily facility work orders
Follow all AS9100 standards, safety guidelines, and company policies
Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace through routine housekeeping
Operate with situational awareness, reporting unsafe conditions or behaviors
Participate in special projects and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement
Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills
RequirementsEducation & Experience:
High school diploma or GED required
Technical training or maintenance certificate from a two-year college or trade school
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role
Working knowledge of CNC machines, distributed control systems (DCS), and logic controllers
Familiarity with low-voltage electrical systems
Experience with E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) work preferred
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities
Must meet the ITAR definition of a U.S. person (§120.15)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 35 lbs on a regular basis
Stand or walk for 95% of the scheduled shift
Routinely perform bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and twisting
Capable of fine and gross motor manipulation
Operate foot or leg controls, stairs, ladders, and scaffolding
Must have 20/20 vision (natural or corrected) and pass an annual vision exam
Adequate hearing and speech abilities to understand instructions and alarms in a manufacturing setting

7:00am - 3:30pm
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
