Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual looking for a flexible part-time opportunity in a professional office setting? Armada Staffing Group is seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a dynamic workplace environment. Job Duties:
Professionally answer and direct incoming calls.
Accurately process and enter invoices into QuickBooks; match purchase orders and delivery records for proper verification.
Perform data entry using Microsoft Excel and other systems.
Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed to keep things running smoothly.
Help maintain a clean and organized office space.
Support other administrative and clerical tasks as directed by management.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
Familiarity with basic accounting or invoicing procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Clear verbal and written communication.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Comfortable using standard office equipment (scanner, printer, etc.).
Job Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Shift: 1st Shift (Part-Time – hours may vary; contact our recruiting team for specifics)
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Breaks: 30-minute lunch break
Dress Code: Business casual
