Summary:
Assemble structural frames and components
Work with hand and power tools
Read and follow blueprints and assembly drawings
Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products
Responsibilities:
Assemble structural frames and components according to specifications
Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, fit, and secure materials
Follow standard operating procedures and quality control requirements
Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy and compliance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
Requirements:Desired Work Experience:
Experience in carpentry, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related trade preferred
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials throughout the shift
PPE & Dress Code:Employee Must Provide:
Steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes/boots
Long pants with no rips or holes
Short sleeves permitted; long sleeves preferred
Provided Onsite:
Safety glasses
High-visibility vest
Work gloves
Hard hat

Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and material handling
Use of hand tools and power tools throughout the shift
