Requirements:
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, construction, fabrication, or a related field
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Good communication skills and ability to complete documentation accurately
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
Must pass required background check, drug screening, and any applicable assessments
Responsibilities:
Assemble structural frames and components according to drawings and specifications
Measure, cut, and fit materials using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
Secure components using bolts, fasteners, and mechanical assembly techniques
Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
Perform quality checks on completed assemblies for accuracy and alignment
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Support process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications
