Monday–Thursday schedule with possible Friday overtime

Assemble temperature detectors and related sub-assemblies using work instructions and production specifications
Operate tools and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ensure products meet company quality and safety standards
Responsibilities
Assemble temperature detectors and related sub-assemblies following work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and production specifications
Perform a variety of production assembly tasks ranging from simple to moderately complex using standard manufacturing procedures
Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards, accuracy, and proper functionality are met
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety policies and manufacturing guidelines
Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production issues, material needs, and process improvements
Follow all workplace safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Ability to follow written work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
Must be able to pass a Math Test
Comfortable working inside a manufacturing facility
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to safely use hand tools and production equipment
Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
