Benefits & Perks: • Starting at $13.00/hour (based on experience) • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday • No weekend work required • Weekly pay • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Summary: • Bilingual Customer Service Representative position (English/Spanish) • Handle inbound calls from patients regarding billing and insurance • Assist with payment arrangements and account inquiries • Perform light data entry and administrative support tasks Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls from patients in a professional and courteous manner • Explain billing statements and insurance information clearly in both English and Spanish • Negotiate and set up payment arrangements • Process payments accurately and securely • Perform light data entry and maintain accurate records • Provide excellent customer service while resolving patient concerns • Support additional office or administrative duties as assigned Requirements: • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish • Previous customer service experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle sensitive financial and personal information with confidentiality • Basic computer skills and data entry experience • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Dependable and professional work ethic • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
