Benefits & Perks: • Starting at $20.00/hour (based on experience) • 1st Shift: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM, Monday–Friday • Some Saturday work may be required • Weekly pay • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Summary: • CNC Set-Up Machinist (Mills & Lathes) position • Produce small and production runs in a job shop environment • Monitor machinery and perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout production Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for production runs • Monitor machine operations throughout the cycle to ensure specifications are met • Perform regular quality checks on parts to maintain accuracy and consistency • Follow all safety standards and protocols at all times • Report any safety, quality, or maintenance concerns immediately • Maintain clean and organized work areas • Support production needs and perform other duties as assigned Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC mills or lathes • Prior set-up experience is required • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on precision work • Ability to read and follow specifications and quality standards • Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness • Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced production environment • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
