Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Columbus, OH.We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can safely unload deliveries, organize products, monitor inventory, prepare flooring materials, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance and excellent attendance. Pay Rate: $18 Shift/Hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
1-hour lunch
One Saturday morning per month, 8:00 AM–10:00 AM
Phone availability from 6:00 AM–5:00 PM for emergencies

Requirements:
Reliable and punctual
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Ability to unload and organize warehouse materials
Ability to monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to management
Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Must be available for one Saturday morning per month
Professional appearance required
Must pass required background check and drug test
Responsibilities:
Unload delivery trucks and place products in the correct bins or racks.
Verify Bills of Lading match the products received.
Immediately label all flooring products, including vinyl and carpet, with the correct yardage, color, product number, and other required information.
Monitor inventory and notify the Flooring Manager or Operations Manager when products are running low.
Cut carpet, carpet pad, and vinyl according to work orders.
Check the miss-cut pile before cutting new orders.
Pick up trash around the outside dumpster daily.
Break down carpet tubes and place them in the dumpster.
Keep skids neatly organized in the designated area.
Keep materials from leaning against the fence.
Sweep the outside delivery area and remove nails, screws, and other debris from the parking lot.
Sweep warehouse floors and office carpet.
Clean restrooms.
Empty warehouse trash into the dumpster as needed.
Keep all doors locked, especially when leaving the building.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment.
