Summary:
Seeking an organized and dependable Administrative Assistant / HR Coordinator to support front office operations and human resources functions.
This role will assist with employee onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and temporary staffing coordination.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential employee information.
This position will serve as a key support role in maintaining smooth daily office operations and assisting with company initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Maintain front office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing mail, scheduling meeting rooms, and ensuring office areas are organized and stocked.
Provide administrative support through data entry, filing, scanning, and assisting with various company projects.
Support HR functions including new employee onboarding, workers’ compensation processes, employee documentation, and temporary staffing agency coordination.
Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, employee training, company events, customer tours, vendor visits, and regulatory inspections.
Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as needed.
Requirements:
Previous administrative, human resources, payroll, or office support experience preferred.
Minimum of one year of related experience or training required.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
Reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
