Summary:
Operate and monitor digital printing equipment to complete production orders
Ensure print jobs meet quality standards and customer specifications
Maintain workflow efficiency by preparing jobs in the correct sequence
Troubleshoot and resolve basic printer issues to minimize downtime
Responsibilities:
Download, configure, and adjust print runs as needed
Inspect and monitor print output, reprinting when necessary
Match and select proper colors between shades for accuracy
Splice new material onto printers and maintain smooth alignment
Collaborate with production team and follow plant safety guidelines
Requirements:
2–3 years of professional printing or production experience
Experience with digital thermal printing or similar equipment
Knowledge of 4-color process printing, including screens and density
Forklift or pallet jack operation experience
Familiarity with DOS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
