Job Summary:
As a Production Operator, you will support the e-coating and powder-coating process by loading and unloading parts, preparing products for coating, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload parts on the production line
Hang and remove parts from racks during the coating process
Prepare parts for e-coating and powder coating
Perform visual inspections for rust, damage, and other defects
Assist with rework and process improvements as needed
Follow production schedules and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area by following 5S workplace standards
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Ability to lift 20–50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
Must be able to follow all company safety procedures
Dress Code:
Steel-toe boots or shoes required
Jeans or work pants only
No sweatpants, ripped clothing, shorts, or baggy clothing
