Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Reach Truck Operator - RF Scanner candidate to join our team in Glennwillow, OH. The ideal candidate should work well with others, follow company policies and safety procedures, and accurately complete all required job duties and requirements. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Reach Truck Operator to safely and efficiently replenish warehouse inventory using a reach truck and RF scanner. The ideal candidate will ensure products are accurately located, properly stored, and recorded in the inventory system. This position plays an important role in maintaining organized inventory levels and supporting daily warehouse operations while following all safety procedures and company guidelines. Pay Rate: $16.00 Shift/Hours: 1st Shift / 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Benefits:

Requirements:
Safely operating the reach truck.
Completing the required pre-shift equipment inspection.
Using the RF scanner for all replenishment transactions.
Verifying the correct product, quantity, and location.
Replenishing inventory to designated locations.
Storing product safely up to the fifth level.
Maintaining proper pallet placement.
Reporting damaged product, pallets, racks, or equipment.
Keeping aisles and work areas clear.
Following all warehouse safety rules and OSHA requirements.
Responsibilities:
Previous warehouse or order selection experience preferred.
Experience using RF scanners preferred.
Previous forklift or material-handling equipment experience preferred.
Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move products throughout the warehouse.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
