Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure timely customer deliveries.
Prepare shipping documents and verify order accuracy before shipments leave the facility.
Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, customers, and management to support smooth operations.
Track shipments, maintain logs, and assist with administrative office duties.
Ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Schedule shipments using efficient carriers and routes.
Prepare Bills of Lading, labels, and shipping paperwork.
Verify pallet counts, dimensions, weights, and order details for accuracy.
Maintain shipment logs and update tracking information.
Respond to phone calls and emails from drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Assist with general office support and maintain an organized work area
