Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Shipping/Receiving Position to join our team in Columbus, Oh. We are seeking an experienced Lead Shipping & Receiving Associate to oversee daily warehouse shipping and receiving operations. This position will help coordinate the warehouse team, ensure accurate and timely shipments, manage incoming materials, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. Pay Rate: $20/H Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday / 7:00AM - 3:30PM Benefits:

Requirements:
2+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
Forklift experience required Stand up and Sit down to train others.
Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to read and complete shipping/receiving documentation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
Steel-toe shoes/boots required.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
Prepare shipping documents, labels, and paperwork.
Coordinate the staging and movement of materials throughout the warehouse.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
Train and provide direction to warehouse associates.
Assign daily tasks and help monitor productivity.
Ensure orders are picked, packed, staged, and shipped accurately and on time.
Communicate with drivers, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
Assist management with other warehouse duties as needed.
