Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to follow workplace safety guidelines
Safety glasses are required (provided by warehouse including side shields for prescription glasses if needed)
No cell phones permitted on the warehouse floor
If using a locker, employees must provide their own lock and remove it daily
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
Responsibilities:
Pick seed packets according to production orders
Assemble and build seed display units
Pack completed displays for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
