Job Summary:This role supports the coating process by handling and moving parts through production stages. Responsibilities include loading/unloading parts, preparing items for coating, inspecting quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Responsibilities:
Load and unload parts on the production line
Hang and remove parts from racks during the coating process
Prepare parts for e-coating and powder coating
Perform visual inspections for defects, rust, or damage
Assist with rework and process improvements when needed
Follow quality standards and production requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Manufacturing/production experience preferred, not required
Ability to lift 20–50 lbs consistently
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
Must be able to follow safety procedures and work instructions
Attendance Policy:
Strict attendance policy enforced
3-point attendance system
Reliability and punctuality are essential
Dress Code:
Steel-toe boots or shoes required
Jeans or work pants only
No sweatpants, ripped, or baggy clothing allowed
PPE Requirements:
