Schedule:
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Work Week: Sunday–Saturday (schedule varies)
Overtime: Mandatory when scheduled
Summary:
Operate material handling equipment in a manufacturing environment
Move raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
Support production operations while maintaining safety and quality standards
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth workflow on the production floor
Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
Transport materials to and from production areas
Load and unload products safely
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Accurately clock in and out to ensure proper time tracking
Report any issues, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors
Requirements:
Previous forklift or material handling experience preferred
Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift
Reliable and punctual with good attendance
Ability to work overtime as required
Work Location: Medina, OH Additional Information:
Dress Code: No offensive graphics, no baggy clothing, no hoodies on the floor, pants worn at the waist, boots or athletic shoes required
PPE Required: Safety glasses, ear plugs, hair/beard nets
Call-Off Procedure: Must notify Armada Staffing at least 1 hour before shift
