Full-time Accounting Clerk role with a focus on QuickBooks Desktop
Supports daily accounting, billing, and administrative operations
Works closely with internal teams to ensure accurate order and financial processing
Ideal for someone detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced office setting
Hands-on role within a distribution-focused business environment
Responsibilities:
Perform daily accounting functions using QuickBooks Desktop (AP, AR, invoicing)
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
Enter, update, and manage customer and vendor data
Support order processing and coordination with internal teams
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting, documentation, and communication
Requirements:
Proven experience using QuickBooks Desktop
Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical accounting role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred (not required):
Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse-related environments
