Summary
  • Office-based administrative support role within a landscaping operation
  • Primary point of contact for clients and internal team members
  • Responsible for data accuracy, organization, and communication
  • Supports daily operations, scheduling, and basic payroll functions

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and provide professional, friendly customer service
  • Intake service routes and client requests
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
  • Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks
  • Provide general office and administrative support

Requirements
  • Prior administrative or office support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using computers and office software
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
