Summary:
Administrative Assistant position supporting daily office operations and communication systems.
Responsible for managing and maintaining company Outlook accounts and assisting with office administration.
Utilizes Microsoft Office applications to create, edit, and organize business documents and presentations.
Works closely with management and various departments to ensure efficient office workflow.
Ideal for a highly organized professional with strong technical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee company Outlook email accounts, calendars, and communications.
Create, edit, and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office communications.
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Provide general administrative support to management and office staff.
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and special projects as assigned.
Ensure professional and timely communication with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar office experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Experience supporting executives, management teams, or multiple departments.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including document formatting and presentation creation.
