Summary:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their orders and inquiries are handled efficiently.
Process and manage customer orders, coordinating with sales, warehouse, accounting, and logistics teams.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to support ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Resolve order issues in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers to understand their product needs and provide accurate product information.
Enter, update, and manage sales orders in the ERP system.
Coordinate pickup schedules and shipping logistics with the warehouse team.
Collaborate with accounting to ensure smooth payment processes.
Support the sales team with follow-ups, order tracking, and customer inquiries.
Requirements:
Proficient in English. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Strong computer skills and accurate typing ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or order processing preferred
