Bell Ringer - Multiple Locations Available (contract)
We are partnering with a well-known organization to support their seasonal outreach and fundraising initiatives. This role involves engaging with the public in front of retail locations to encourage donations and support for charitable programs.
Benefits & Perks:
Pay rate: $13/hour
Seasonal contract from November 28th – December 24th
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, specific days TBD
All necessary equipment provided (bell, kettle, apron)
Opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment
Summary:
Represent the organization professionally in front of retail stores
Encourage donations and interact with passersby in a friendly and approachable manner
Maintain a positive and professional presence at all times
Collect and manage contributions accurately
Follow instructions and safety protocols for equipment and setup
Responsibilities:
Stand at assigned locations to engage the public and promote donations
Use the bell and other provided equipment to attract attention
Collect and handle donations responsibly
Check in at the customer service desk upon arrival to receive equipment
Requirements:
Customer service or public engagement experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to stand for long periods and follow instructions
Friendly, approachable, reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions
