Bilingual Warehouse Associate Position Overview:The Bilingual Warehouse Associate will serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and external freightand shipping partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. In addition to their coordination duties, they willassist with picking, packing, and other general warehouse tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities:● Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, customer service, accounting) and external freight/shipping partners to schedule and manage outgoing shipments.● Communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish with drivers, team members, and logistics contacts.● Track shipments, resolve freight-related issues, and ensure delivery timelines are met.● Assist with picking and packing orders when needed.● Prepare products for customer pickups and verify readiness with relevant teams.● Maintain accurate shipping records and assist in reporting delays or issues.● Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety protocols. Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $16 / 17
