Commercial Landscaping Crew Member
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Commercial Landscaping Crew Members to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining commercial properties through mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscape maintenance to ensure properties remain clean, attractive, and professionally maintained.
Responsibilities:
● Operate commercial lawn mowing equipment including zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, and stand-on mowers. ● Perform string trimming and weed eating around buildings, fences, signs, trees, and landscaping beds. ● Use backpack blowers to remove grass clippings, leaves, and debris from sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces. ● Edge sidewalks, curbs, and landscape beds to maintain a clean appearance. ● Assist with seasonal landscaping duties including mulching, planting, pruning, leaf removal, and cleanup projects. ● Safely operate landscaping equipment and perform daily equipment inspections. ● Load and unload equipment and materials from company vehicles and trailers. ● Follow assigned routes and complete work according to customer specifications and company quality standards. ● Maintain a safe and organized work environment and comply with all safety procedures.● Work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, and light rain.
Qualifications: ● Previous commercial landscaping or lawn care experience preferred. ● Ability to operate commercial mowing and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift. ● Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods. ● Reliable transportation and strong attendance record required. ● Valid driver's license preferred. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Rate:
● $18/hr
Schedule: ● Shift starts at 7:00am
