We’re looking for a motivated Fence Crew Leader to oversee residential and commercial fence installations across the Cincinnati area. This is more than just installation work — you’ll help guide projects, support your team, and make sure every job is completed safely and professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead fence installation projects from start to finish
Install and repair residential and commercial fencing
Supervise and support crew members on job sites
Organize materials, tools, and daily workflow
Maintain quality workmanship and job site safety
Ensure PPE and safety procedures are followed
Communicate with team members and management throughout projects
Assist with additional construction-related duties as needed
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must pass background check and drug screening
