SummaryWe are seeking dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborers to join our team. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, performing physical work, and being part of a fast-paced construction team.The Concrete Laborer will assist with the setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete foundation walls for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
Prepare job sites by digging, grading, and setting up concrete forms.
Assist with building, bracing, and stripping concrete wall forms.
Support the pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Perform other general labor and construction duties as needed.
Requirements
Previous construction or concrete experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ pounds, bending, standing, and working on your feet throughout the day.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow directions.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Must pass a local background check and drug screening.
Must have steel-toed boots and a high-visibility vest.
Candidates must be available to start immediately if selected.
