Job SummaryThe Driver Helper / Loader assists the driver with daily routes by loading materials, maintaining a safe work environment, and helping ensure routes are completed efficiently and on time. Responsibilities
Assist the driver with daily collection routes
Load materials safely and efficiently
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Work as part of a team to complete assigned routes
Report to the job site prior to the scheduled start time
Clock in at the beginning of the shift and clock out at the end of the shift
Complete routes until all assigned work is finished
RequirementsAdditional Qualifications:
Reliable and dependable attendance
Ability to work early morning hours
Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, holidays, and special occasions when required
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Must be willing to work until the assigned route is complete
Must wear work boots that cover the ankle
Tennis shoes are NOT permitted
Dress Code
Long pants or jeans
Shorts are permitted during warmer seasons
T-shirt
Work boots above the ankle
NO TENNIS SHOES
PPE will be provided on your first day
