Summary:
Lead residential and commercial fencing projects from start to finish
Hands-on role combining installation and crew leadership
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
Manage daily job site operations and workflow
Work consistent hours with occasional flexibility based on job needs
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain various types of fencing
Lead, train, and support a crew of fencing installers
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for each job site
Ensure safety protocols and PPE requirements are followed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Desired Work Experience: Previous fencing installation experience; crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
