We are seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our concrete crew. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that delivers high-quality construction projects. We are looking for employees long term. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with pouring and placing concrete using proper forms on job sites
Spread and smooth concrete to ensure a quality finish
Apply waterproofing and sealants to protect concrete surfaces
Apply stains and finishes as needed
Perform general labor tasks and support the crew as needed
Follow safety guidelines and instructions from crew leaders
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – approximately 4:30 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch
Must arrive a few minutes early (crew truck departs at 7:00 AM)
Occasional overtime available, especially during summer
Some Saturday work may be required
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Construction or concrete experience is a plus, but not required
Dress Code:
Dress appropriately for weather conditions
Work boots required (steel-toe preferred but not required)
