Schedule:
Full-Time: Monday–Friday
Occasional evenings and weekends based on seasonal needs and weather
Participation in snow operations (may require off-hours work)
Summary:
Lead and perform landscaping and hardscape construction projects
Supervise crew members while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
Read and execute project plans and layouts
Maintain productivity, organization, and job site performance
Responsibilities:
Perform landscaping, maintenance, and construction tasks on outdoor job sites
Read and interpret blueprints and landscape plans for project layout and installation
Coordinate with management to plan materials, equipment, and job scope
Supervise, train, and motivate 2–3 crew members
Load trucks, haul materials, and operate landscape equipment and machinery
Maintain a clean and safe job site; secure tools and equipment daily
Track job progress, time, and materials while ensuring budget accuracy
Communicate daily job status and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow all safety procedures and report incidents as required
Perform opening and closing duties
Participate in snow removal operations when required
Perform additional duties including light equipment maintenance and inventory tracking
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one prior to employment)
Previous landscaping, construction, or hardscape experience required
Prior supervisory or foreman experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and manage crews and job timelines
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Bilingual candidates are a plus
Work Environment:
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, and cold
Exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical equipment
Physically demanding role requiring strength, stamina, and coordination
