Summary:
Perform physically demanding hardscape and construction work on outdoor job sites
Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely and efficiently
Assist foremen and skilled craft workers with project completion
Maintain clean, organized, and safe worksites
Participate in seasonal snow operations as needed
Schedule M-F 6:30am/7 - 5pm
Responsibilities:
Perform landscape, maintenance, and construction tasks as assigned
Prepare and clean job sites, including digging trenches and debris removal
Load trucks, haul materials, and assist with equipment operation
Follow all safety, incident reporting, and job site procedures
Participate in snow operations, including off-hour and weekend work when required
Requirements:
Previous experience in landscaping, construction, hardscape, or outdoor labor preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor outdoors
Strong understanding of tool and equipment safety
Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
