Schedule:
Full-Time: Monday–Friday
Occasional evenings and weekends based on seasonal needs and weather
Participation in snow operations (may require off-hours work)
Summary:
Perform physical labor on landscaping and hardscape construction projects
Operate hand and power tools while assisting with site preparation and cleanup
Support Foremen and team members to complete projects efficiently
Maintain safety, quality, and organization on job sites
Responsibilities:
Perform landscaping, maintenance, and construction tasks on outdoor job sites
Clean and prepare worksites, including digging, trenching, and debris removal
Load trucks, haul materials, and operate landscape equipment and machinery
Maintain a clean and safe job site; secure tools and equipment daily
Follow all safety procedures and report incidents as required
Assist Foremen and crew members with project completion
Perform opening and closing duties
Participate in snow removal operations when required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one prior to employment)
Previous construction, landscaping, or labor experience preferred
Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in construction or landscaping
Strong understanding of safety procedures and first aid practices
Ability to work independently and follow a schedule
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Bilingual candidates are a plus
Work Environment:
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, and cold
Exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical equipment
