What’s the Job About?
As a Data Center Associate, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring materials are in place, servers are assembled correctly, and everything is moving seamlessly. You’ll work with tools, tech, and a whole lot of action to keep the data center running at full speed. Whether it’s moving materials, assembling servers, or keeping things safe and clean, your work will be integral to our success.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
Warehouse & Assembly Related Duties:
Load and unload freight with precision — accuracy is key.
Installing rack hardware using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices—think of it as high-tech adult LEGO.
Placing server racks on the data center floor with 100% accuracy using laser measuring devices—no guesswork, just laser focus.
Populating racks with electronic components and installing cabling.
Operating material handling equipment (straddle stackers, rack movers, pallet jacks).
Performing quality checks to make sure everything is built right the first time.
Meeting project deadlines with occasional overtime—because sometimes greatness takes a little longer.
Handling the physical demands of the job (standing, bending, lifting)—skip the gym, we’ve got your workout.
Pitching in with other duties as assigned—because teamwork makes the dream work.Material Handling Like a Pro:
Perform quality checks to make sure every part, from cables to servers, is in pristine condition.
Track and manage inventory, ensuring we have everything we need when we need it.We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm — Starting at $20.00/hr
Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm — Starting at $22.00/hr
Monday - Friday, 8:00pm - 6:30am — Starting at $22.50/hr
Thursday - Sunday, 6:00am - 4:30pm — Starting at $22.00/hr
Thursday - Sunday, 6:00pm - 4:30am — Starting at $22.50/hr
