Summary:
Support data center operations through material handling, inventory management, and installation tasks.
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on safety and quality.
Assist with assembling and installing server racks and electronic components.
Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse and technical tasks.
Responsibilities:
Load/unload freight and perform quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments.
Manage inventory, cycle counts, and replenishment of critical parts.
Assemble server racks, install components, and run cabling per diagrams.
Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, rack movers, and straddle stackers.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S standards.
Process returns and shipments using warehouse management systems.
Requirements:
Previous warehouse, logistics, or data center experience preferred.
Experience with inventory systems and material handling equipment is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Basic computer skills required.
Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge (ESD) protocols preferred.
Ability to lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts and cross-train in multiple departments.
Shifts & Pay:
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM: $21.00/hr
Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM: $23.00/hr
Monday–Thursday | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM: $23.50/hr
Thursday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM: $23.00/hr
Thursday–Sunday | 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM: $23.50/hr
Working Conditions:
In-person role within a data center/warehouse environment
Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
