Lead and manage landscaping crews on job sites
Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
Communicate with customers and team members
Complete projects accurately and on schedule
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a 2–5 person landscaping crew
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Read and follow landscape designs, maps, and blueprints
Identify plant materials and complete landscaping tasks accurately
Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely
Complete daily paperwork for hours, equipment, and crew tracking
Ensure job site tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes
Follow all company safety guidelines and industry standards
Requirements:Desired Work Experience:
3–5 years of landscaping experience required
Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
Special Certifications Needed:
Valid Ohio Driver’s License required
Additional Qualifications:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of plant materials and landscaping practices
Ability to read landscape plans and blueprints
Experience operating riding mowers, walk-behind mowers, and small equipment
Experience using pruning shears, chain saws, and other landscaping tools
Dependable with strong attention to detail
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to work well with others and follow instructions
