Summary:
Install epoxy and resinous flooring systems at commercial, industrial, and residential job sites.
Perform surface preparation and flooring installation according to project specifications.
Operate specialized equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule and maintain quality standards.
Ideal for individuals with construction, flooring, coatings, or concrete experience who enjoy hands-on work.
Responsibilities:
Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, patching, crack repair, and related preparation techniques.
Mix and apply epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic, and other flooring coating systems.
Operate grinders, vacuums, hand tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies for job sites.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow company safety procedures and project specifications.
Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members.
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in commercial, industrial, and residential environments.
Min 2 years experience driving a box truck or trailer
Previous experience in epoxy flooring, concrete work, coatings application, construction, general labor, or a related trade preferred.
Experience operating power tools and construction equipment
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
