Summary:
Install epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic, and other resinous flooring systems.
Prepare and repair concrete surfaces including grinding, patching, crack repair, and moisture mitigation.
Operate surface preparation equipment and maintain clean, organized job sites.
Provide strong customer service and communicate professionally with team members and clients.
Perform physically demanding tasks in industrial, commercial, and residential environments.
Responsibilities:
Load, unload, and stage materials and equipment at job sites.
Mix and apply epoxy, decorative flake, metallic systems, and other resinous coatings.
Operate tools and flooring equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and company standards.
Maintain high-quality workmanship and professional appearance at all times.
Requirements:
Experience installing epoxy, polished concrete, or similar resinous flooring systems.
Understanding of surface preparation and coating application techniques.
Ability to operate power tools and flooring equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform extended periods of standing, bending, and kneeling.
