We’re partnering with a fast-growing HVAC and plumbing company that’s focused on quality work, career growth, and a team-first culture. They’re looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join their residential and commercial team.
What You’ll Do:
Install, service, and repair HVAC systems to code and company standards
Diagnose issues and complete repairs accurately and safely
Communicate clearly with customers about system use and maintenance
Recommend services or upgrades when appropriate
Complete all paperwork and maintain tools, vehicle, and equipment
What’s Offered:
Pay: $25–$40/hr based on experience
Commission: Up to 5% of sales (uncapped)

1+ years of HVAC experience or training
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, climb, and work in varying conditions
