Summary:
Direct hire opportunity with a well-established and growing HVAC company
Responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
Work with both residential and commercial customers throughout the Columbus area
Opportunity to earn additional income through commission incentives

Responsibilities:
Install HVAC equipment and systems according to company standards and local codes
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and components
Test newly installed systems to ensure proper performance and operation
Educate customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and service recommendations
Complete service documentation, work orders, and inventory tracking accurately
Follow all safety procedures and maintain company equipment and vehicles
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of HVAC installation, service, or maintenance experience
Experience working with commercial HVAC systems
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Valid driver's license required
EPA Certification preferred but not required
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and manage daily assignments
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Basic knowledge of plumbing systems is a plus
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments
