Summary
Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture inks.
Prepare, weigh, and blend raw materials.
Maintain accurate production records and labeling.
Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
Responsibilities
Operate ink-making machinery and mixing equipment.
Pull, weigh, and blend raw materials into batches.
Package finished inks, label containers, and inspect products.
Load/unload materials and assist with inventory control.
Adhere to safety standards and production schedules.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma
Experience: Prior manufacturing, compounding, or batch-making experience preferred.
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and maneuver drums up to 550 lbs.
Must pass background check and drug screen.
Interview required
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.
Forklift/pallet jack experience a plus (training provided if not certified).
