Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader / Driver to lead a crew of 2–5 employees.
The ideal candidate will have strong landscaping knowledge and the ability to operate a variety of landscaping equipment.
This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work professionally with customers and team members.
The Crew Leader will ensure landscaping projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to job specifications.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a 2–5 person landscaping crew, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including 60"–72" riding mowers, walk-behind mowers, chainsaws, pruning equipment, and other small equipment.
Read and interpret landscape designs, maps, and blueprints and ensure projects are completed according to specifications.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors while maintaining a professional attitude.
Complete daily paperwork, including tracking crew hours, equipment usage, and job-site information.
Requirements:
3–5 years of landscaping experience required.
Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge and identification of plant materials.
Ability to operate a variety of landscaping and maintenance equipment.
Ability to read landscape designs, maps, and blueprints.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, and work well with others.
Ability to complete assigned tasks within scheduled job-site hours.
Must be available to work a 5-day schedule, with occasional Saturdays due to inclement weather or scheduling needs.
Must have a drivers license and good driving history, pass a background check and drug test
