Summary:
Lead and oversee landscaping crews for daily routes and job completion
Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency on all job sites
Operate equipment and perform hands-on landscaping work
Drive company vehicles and haul trailers as needed
Maintain productivity during peak season and winter snow operations
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a landscaping crew on daily assignments
Perform and oversee mowing, pruning, mulching, leaf removal, and snow removal
Ensure job sites meet quality and safety standards
Drive company-issued vehicles and haul trailers
Communicate effectively with management and crew members
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license required (MVR must be acceptable)
Prior landscaping experience required; foreman or crew lead experience preferred
Ability to lift 80+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Availability for rotating Saturdays during peak season (April–June)
Willingness to be on-call for snow removal (late November–April)
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
