Schedule:
Full-Time: Monday–Friday
Occasional evenings and weekends based on seasonal needs and weather
Participation in snow operations (may require off-hours work)
Summary:
Lead and perform landscape maintenance and outdoor project work
Supervise crew members while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
Operate tools and equipment while assisting with site work
Maintain productivity, organization, and job site performance
Responsibilities:
Perform landscaping, maintenance, and outdoor tasks as assigned
Coordinate with management to plan job scope, materials, and equipment
Supervise, train, and motivate 2–3 crew members
Load trucks, haul materials, and operate landscape equipment and machinery
Maintain a clean and safe job site; secure tools and equipment daily
Track job progress, time, and materials while ensuring accuracy
Communicate daily job status and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow all safety procedures and report incidents as required
Perform opening and closing duties
Participate in snow removal operations when required
Perform additional duties including light equipment maintenance and inventory tracking
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one prior to employment)
Previous landscaping or maintenance experience required
Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in landscaping
Strong understanding of safety procedures and first aid practices
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Bilingual candidates are a plus
Work Environment:
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, and cold
Exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical equipment
Physically demanding role requiring strength, stamina, and coordination
