Summary:
  • Perform hands-on landscaping and grounds maintenance duties
  • Work outdoors in all seasons, including peak summer and winter snow removal
  • Support property upkeep through mowing, pruning, and seasonal cleanup
  • Collaborate with a crew to complete daily routes efficiently
  • Opportunity for long hours during peak green season
  • Start time is 6:30-7 am and end time might vary 

Responsibilities:
  • Operate landscaping equipment, including Stihl mowers
  • Perform pruning, mulching, and leaf removal
  • Assist with snow removal during winter months (on-call)
  • Maintain job sites and complete routes until work is finished
  • Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team

Requirements:
  • Landscaping experience preferred, but not required
  • Open to entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift 80+ lbs (very physically demanding role)
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak season (45–60 hrs/week)
  • Availability to work rotating Saturdays (April–June)
  • Availability for on-call snow removal (late November–April
  • Valid driver’s license
