Operate and monitor various types of printing presses to produce high-quality materials
Set up press equipment, adjusting settings for optimal performance and accuracy
Perform routine quality checks and make necessary corrections to maintain standards
Conduct maintenance on press equipment to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime
Adjust feeder and feed board systems including suctions, blast, guides, and head stop timing
Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements
Prior experience operating offset printing presses (single or multi-color)
Strong understanding of printing processes and materials
Ability to read and interpret job specifications
Skilled in using micrometers and setting printing plates
Familiar with packing pressure and adjustments for proper printing quality
Capable of performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on press equipment
Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills for team collaboration
Ability to work a rotating schedule and remain flexible with shift changes
Job Details:
$22.25–$25.25/hour
Rotating shifts – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
